New Recruits are introduced to the IQI Culture. The Team and key projects that IQI work with. We also provide a three day NCC (Negotiator Certification Course) for our recruits.


Legacy Connecting Day (LCD)


Connecting with all Legacian and begin the journey of professional real estate negotiator.
6-Sale Cycle Program covering Leads, Appointment, Presentation, Closing, Follow-up and Referral.

New Elitians Training Program (NET)

For new Comers it is compulsory to attend the New Elitians Training (NET) where new comers will have an on-boarding session to be part of Elite Legacy culture and the basis of being a successful realtor.

Legacy Academy (LA)

(Empower with Practical Experience) , supported by renown practitioners in the industry, graduated seniors, and peers, with their experience sharing on case-study, and solutions to challenges faced. 24-hour web-based learning platform

Legacy Dealmaker Program (LDP)

(Transform from 0 to be a millionaire in real estate)

Legacy Dealmaker Program (LDP) is a 4 week program that help you to build your fundamental in real estate and implement directly and start making deals immediately.

Project & Sub-sales Training

Our team is briefed on everything there is to know about the projects we have undertaken. We explain the benefits of the project and sub-sale we have and how they may add value to their sales.

Site Visit

We take our team to visit the sites of our projects so they know the ins and outs of the project better, and familiarize them to the layout and surrounding area to add value to their sales pitch

Coaching and Mentoring skills for senior consultants and potential leaders.
