When did you first get involved in the property industry?
I was simply an average office girl working in numerous places to earn money and explore career options that came my way, just to make ends meet.
I have worked in a varjiety of businesses, including hospitality, sales and marketing, tourism boards, corporate communications, personal assistant, and so on. After I started selling property, my life began to change.
What is your proudest success thus far in your career?
For the last three years from 2019 to 2021, I have continuously been in the IQI Elite Legacy First Half Top 30 achievers nationwide. I started off as a solitary sales representative and now manage a team of over 160 people.

When did you first get involved in the property industry?

When did you first get involved in the property industry?
Prior to joining IQI in 2019, I spent ten years as a property sales representative for a prominent developer.
Previously, I focused solely on my own sales and was only able to sell one assignment at a time. Until I forced myself to step outside of my comfort zone and learn more about the property agent profession.
What is your proudest success thus far in your career?
In comparison to my previous 10 years of working with developers, I have learned a lot in the last two years. Because I was working alone rather than with my team, I did not receive the same sense of enthusiasm or teamwork.

Cheng Yew Hoong
When did you first get involved in the property industry?
I graduated as an engineer and formerly worked with Fortune-500 MNC firms based in the United States and France that make well-known products such as SK-II, Gillette, and others.
Because of my personality, I am always looking for ways to push myself beyond my comfort zone and pursue my aspirations as an entrepreneur.
